
This is one of those cakes where you want to eat the entire batter before it’s even ready to eat! One of my absolute favourite cakes and mainly because it requires absolutely no baking at all!
You can even prepare this cake one day in advance and have it setting in the fridge overnight. I guarantee you it will taste so much better than store bought cheesecake!
