These little cups of goodness are a definite must-try especially as we now enter the holidays! A great quick lunch for the kids (or the entire fam!), they travel well for picnics & you could hide some veggies in there too! Layers of soft wonton (my cheats lasagne sheet 🙊), seasoned saucy meat, ricotta, Parmesan & mozzarella. Doesn’t get any better!
